If there is extensive work which needs to be carried out in your property and you are unable to afford the outlay up front. We will be able to provide a payment plan which requires no upfront cost.
This payment can be spread out and deduction made from your rental income at manageable instalments until the bill has been paid off.
24/7 Maintenance and Support Line
Do you hate getting calls from your tenants during after hours and on weekends, we offer a 24/7 maintenance telephone line which can be reached by all of our tenants no matter the time.
This could be a small job or a big job our trained staff are waiting on call ready to pickup any of these issues.
This service is free to all our existing and future landlords.
